Four steps from search to verification
A short workflow for finding a lead, checking its limits, and preserving a reproducible result.
1. Find a tender or lead
Search by subject, authority, procurement ID, or CPV. Filters narrow the corpus; the result count and active filters define the set you are viewing.
2. Explore the organizations
Open an authority or legal-entity supplier profile to compare procurement history. Natural-person suppliers are masked and excluded from public discovery.
3. Verify a signal
Open the signal permalink, read its code, method/version, review and evidence state, then follow the primary-source link. Treat unavailable evidence as a limitation, not confirmation.
4. Preserve and export
Copy the stable URL and export the filtered CSV. Reopen the URL and compare filters and result count before citing the dataset; live data can change after later imports or corrections.
