Considering that: a) the Contract No. CON-2022/376 on supply of the Gas compression unit package for the installation at compressor’s workshop No. 1 of Inčukalns underground gas storage (hereinafter – the Contract) was concluded between the Parties on the 6th of October, 2022, b) the Supplier has informed the Purchaser that due to the reasons outside of the Supplier’s control the vessel arrived to Zee-Brugge port in Belgium on 31st of May 2024 (10 days delay) and EU customs clearance was completed on 11th of June 2024, which is unusually long, as well as some unforeseen logistic problems were placed in shipping port terminal; c) the Purchaser has recognized the reasons for the delay as being caused by a third parties and unforeseeable to the Supplier and thus justified, and the delivery delay does not affect the overall project execution period; d) the Goods are delivered on the place of delivery on 11th of July 2024, and according to Sub- Clauses 22.14.1. and 22.23. of the Contract, have signed this Amendment, hereinafter - the Amendment, on following terms and conditions of the Contract: 1. Clause 4.2. of the Contract should be read as follows: "4.2. All the Goods with relevant technical documentation shall be delivered to the place of delivery by 11th of July 2024."
