Contract modification
Saskaņā ar līguma 1.2. punktu darbu provizoriskais apjoms tika noteikts finanšu piedāvājumā. Darbu izpildes laikā pieļaujamā novirze no līgumcenas ir +/- 30%. Ņemot vērā neparedzētus apstākļus (klimatiskos - ekstremāli intensīvas lietavas), lai nelietderīgi netērētu finanšu resursus, konstatējot, ka objektā darbus nav iespējams veikt, tad puses vienojās, ka darbu izpilde tiek pārtraukta. Samaksa par darbiem tiek veikta pēc faktiskā darbu izpildes apjoma. Pamatojoties uz minēto ir nepieciešams noslēgt papildus vienošanos, jo kopējā darbu izpilde ir % mazākā kā noteikts līgumā.
