Puses vienojas pagarināt Vispārīgās vienošanās termiņu līdz brīdim, kad tiks noslēgta jauna vispārīgā vienošanās slēgta konkursa “Kiberdrošības auditu atbalsta pakalpojumi” (identifikācijas numurs AS LVM_2026_93_Sk) rezultātā, nepārsniedzot Publisko iepirkumu likuma 56. panta ceturtajā daļā noteikto maksimālo vispārīgās vienošanā termiņu 4 (četri) gadi. Grozījumu rezultātā netiek mainīta vispārīgajā vienošanā sākotnēji noteiktā kopējā maksimālā līgumcena (līdz 330 000 EUR bez PVN), par kuru vispārīgās vienošanās darbības laikā var tikt noslēgti iepirkuma līgumi.
