Contract modification
pamatojoties uz pušu starpā 2023.gada 7.septembī noslēgtā piegādes līguma Nr.25/2023 (turpmāk – Līgums) 2.5., 2.6. un 2.7. punktiem un Publisko iepirkumu likuma 61.panta trešās daļas 1.punktu, noslēdz šo vienošanos, ar kuru: 1.Puses izsaka Līguma 2.1.punktu šādā redakcijā: “2.1. Līguma summa (orientējošā) par Precēm bez pievienotās vērtības nodokļa (turpmāk – PVN) tiek noteikta EUR 208501,97 (divi simti astoņi tūkstoši pieci simti viens euro 97 centi), PVN tiek aprēķināts saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem normatīvajiem aktiem: 8.daļā “Dārzeņi, sēnes un augļi” EUR 40673,09 bez PVN; 9.daļā “Sezonālie augļi un dārzeņi” EUR 88003,12 bez PVN; 11.daļā “Bakaleja” EUR 79825,76 bez PVN”.
