Contract modification
Pamatojoties uz Vispārīgās vienošanās 20.2. punktu, saskaņā ar PIL 61. panta pirmās daļas 3. punktu un 61. panta piektās daļu, Vispārīgā vienošanās veikti grozījumi palielinot Vienošanās kopējo summa visām Iepirkuma priekšmeta daļām kopā par Pakalpojumiem, kurus Pasūtītājs pasūta un Izpildītāji sniedz, Vienošanās noteiktā kārtībā slēdzot Pakalpojumu līgumus, līdz 1 707 750,00 EUR bez PVN, vienlaikus, pamatojoties uz PIL 61. panta trešās daļās 1. punktu un Vispārīgās vienošanās 3.6. punktu, pagarināts Pakalpojumu līgumu slēgšanas termiņš līdz 30 (trīsdesmit) mēnešiem pēc Vienošanās spēkā stāšanās.
