Ievērojot, ka radusies pretruna starp Ilgtspējās informācijas atklāšanas likuma normām, kas stājās spēkā 2025. gada 24. oktobrī, un veikto iepirkuma procedūru par finanšu pārskata auditu, par ko līgums noslēgts 2025. gada 30.aprīlī, uzņēmuma resursi primāri tika novirzīti finanšu gada pārskata noslēgšanai likumā noteiktajos termiņos. Ņemot vērā minēto, puses vienojas, ka: • Finanšu gada pārskata revīzija tiek pabeigta Līgumā noteiktajos termiņos. • Ilgtspējas pārskata sagatavošana un tam sekojošā revidenta pārbaude (ierobežotas pārliecības apliecinājuma sagatavošana) tiek veikta kā atsevišķs posms pēc finanšu audita noslēguma.
