Pamatojoties uz Izmaiņu rīkojumiem Nr.1, Nr.2 un Nr.3, Būvuzņēmējs ir sagatavojis un iesniedzis Pasūtītājam iekļaujamo un izslēdzamo darbu tāmes (šīs Vienošanās 1.pielikums), kā arī aktualizēto līguma koptāmi ar lokālajām tāmēm . Izvērtējot minētos dokumentus, Līdzēji konstatē, ka ir nepieciešams precizēt Līgumā paredzētos būvdarbu apjomus, izslēdzot būvdarbus par kopējo vērtību 16 457,09 EUR (sešpadsmit tūkstoši četri simti piecdesmit septiņi euro un 9 centi) bez PVN un iekļaujot papildu būvdarbus par kopējo vērtību 49 460,52 EUR (četrdesmit deviņi tūkstoši četri simti sešdesmit euro un 52 centi) bez PVN. Minēto izmaiņu rezultātā Līgumcena palielinās par 33 003,43 EUR (trīsdesmit trīs tūkstoši trīs euro un 43 centi) bez PVN. Pagarināt būvdarbu izpildes termiņu līdz 2026.gada 30.novembrim.
