1) Konstatēts, ka Būvprojektā nebija paredzēti koku sakņu izraušanas un utilizācijas darbi, kas nepieciešami būvdarbu turpināšanai. Lai nodrošinātu būvdarbu izpildi, veiktas izmaiņas Līgumā, iekļaujot papildu darbu pozīcijas, tai skaitā materiālu kategorijas, kas nebija paredzētas sākotnējā tāmē. Rezultātā Līguma summa palielināta par 4 056,15 EUR bez PVN, Līguma 3.1. punkts izteikts jaunā redakcijā, nosakot samaksu par veiktajiem būvdarbiem 93 176,12 EUR bez PVN, kā arī precizēts Līguma pielikums Nr. 1. 2) Līgums papildināts ar pielikumu par kiberdrošības prasībām. Attiecīgi precizēts Līguma Speciālo noteikumu 5.4. punkts, izsakot to jaunā redakcijā, kā arī Līguma Vispārīgie noteikumi papildināti ar 15.22. un 15.23. punktu.
