Contract modification
1) Starp Pasūtītāju un Izpildītāju 2023. gada 28. septembrī noslēgts līgums Nr. SNP/2023/1228 par vieglo automašīnu un mikroautobusu tehniskās apkopes un remonta pakalpojumiem (turpmāk – Līgums) paredz, ka Izpildītājs 24 (divdesmit četrus) mēnešus nodrošina pakalpojumu sniegšanu. 2) Līguma darbības termiņš ir noteikts 24 mēneši, bet noslēgtā līguma summa un tās neizlietotais atlikums ir nepietiekams Līguma saistību izpildei Pasūtītājam nepieciešamā apjomā, ievērojot Publisko iepirkumu likuma 61. panta piektās daļas otro punktu, noslēdz šādu vienošanos (turpmāk – Vienošanās):
