Contract modification
Pamatojoties uz 2025.gada 12.septembra vispārīgā vienošanās Nr. IEP-2025/133 (turpmāk- Vienošana) 13.2. punktā noteikto Vienošanā grozījumu veikšanas kārtību un ņemot vērā nepieciešamību precizēt informāciju par Līguma izpildē iesaistītajiem Pasūtītāja pilnvarotajiem darbiniekiem, Puses vienojas veikt Vienošanā šādus grozījumus: 1. izteikt Vienošanās 13.3.1. apakšpunktu šādā redakcijā: “13.3.1. Pasūtītāja pilnvarotais pārstāvis ir Starptautiskā mārketinga un komunikācijas nodaļas zīmola vadītāja _______ un Starptautiskā mārketinga un komunikācijas nodaļas vadītājs ____________.”; 2. citi Vienošanās noteikumi netiek grozīti; 3. grozījumi Vienošanā stājas spēkā to abpusējas parakstīšanas dienā.
