1) Transformatora piegādes termiņš bija 24.10.2025., līdz ar to būvdarbi tika pārplānoti atbilstoši aktualizētajam piegādes grafikam, lai novērstu priekšlaicīgi izbūvēta un bez sprieguma atstāta kabeļa bojājumu risku. Papildus tam ilgstoši nelabvēlīgie meteoroloģiskie apstākļi (sasalusi grunts un zema gaisa temperatūra) būtiski apgrūtināja rakšanas darbus, kabeļa ieguldīšanu un kvalitatīvu tranšejas aizbēršanu, tādēļ bija nepieciešams noteikt tehnoloģisko pārtraukumu. Ņemot vērā minēto, grozīts Līguma Speciālo noteikumu 2.1.1. un 2.1.2.punkts, izsakot tos šādā redakcijā: "2.1.1. izpilda tos līdz 08.05.2026. (ieskaitot); 2.1.2. nodod tos līdz 06.08.2026. (ieskaitot)". 2) Līgums papildināts ar pielikumu par kiberdrošības prasībām. Attiecīgi, precizēts līguma speciālo noteikumu 5.4. punkts, izsakot to jaunā redakcijā, kā arī vispārīgie noteikumi papildināti ar 15.22. un 15.23. punktu.
