Pamatojoties uz Publisko iepirkumu likuma 61.panta trešās daļas 2.punktu, Līguma Nr. 1-11/25/244 par dabasgāzes piegādi NRC “Vaivari” vajadzībām 1.5., 1.6., 3.6. un 9.2. punktiem, pasūtītāja nepieciešamību iepirkt papilldus apjomu gāzes, grozījumi paredz sākotnējās līgumcenas palielinājumu. Nodrošinot nepārtrauktu Lietotāja pakalpojumu darbību līdz jauna līguma noslēgšanai- pamatojoties uz centralizētā iepirkuma rezultātiem (2026). Papildus līgumcena piegāžu nodrošināšanai nebija iekļauta sākotnējā iepirkuma dokumentācijā, kas saistīts arī ar otra kurināmā veida – kokskaidu granulu tirdzniecības cenas pieaugumu, kā arī to piegādes pieejamības ierobežojumiem.
