Saules elektrostacijas SES "Priekule" attīstības gaitā ir radušās izmaiņas, kuru rezultātā ir aizkavējusies līguma slēgšana par 20 kV sadaļas izbūvi, kas ietver arī pamatnes sagatavošanu uz kuras veicama piegādājamo KTA uzstādīšana, ņemot vērā to, ka 2023. gada novembra beigās ārgaisa temperatūra Kurzemē nokrita zem 0 grādiem un zemi pārklāja bieza sniega sega, šos darbus tagad tehnoloģiski nebija iespējams veikt, kā arī ir aizkavējusies nepieciešamo pievedceļu izbūve SES "Priekule" zemes vienībā. Līdz ar to kompakto transformatoru apakšstaciju izvietošanu objektā nav iespējams veikt sākotnēji plānotājos termiņos.
